Your donation can change someone's life.
Community support was vital in the establishment of the Baraga County Shelter Home, and it remains an essential component in our operations today. Strong community support is needed to maintain and expand services to the survivors of domestic violence in our area and throughout Michigan.
We need your support, whether it be monetary donations, volunteering, or helping educate the community about the traumatic impact of intimate partner violence on victims and their children.
We also happily accept donations of household items such as cleaning products and non-perishable food, children’s necessities like diapers, and gently used clothing. To learn more about current needs, follow us on Facebook. Items can be dropped off at our Outreach Office in L’Anse, Monday – Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm EST.
